Prestige Index helps people find where they want to work through head-to-head matchups and where startups come to get discovered and recruit.
Every vote records a winner and loser in a matchup. We use an Elo-style system, so higher-confidence wins move scores less and upsets move scores more. The leaderboard is sorted by the latest score.
We only store aggregate Elo ratings for each startup. No personal info, no individual votes, no user profiles.
